While we configure our approach to meet the needs of each team, in general, we follow our 4D method.
Steps 1, 2 and 3 are typically completed within a 4-6 week window due to arranging meetings and getting into people’s diaries, but we can do it in a couple of days if you like. Step 4 is completed progressively over a 4-6 month period; this can be longer or shorter depending on your needs.
Unlike other approaches, our approach includes a re-measure, which is usually at around the 6-month mark. This deadline creates real accountability for team leads and team members to improve their team performance.
