We created TopTeams to provide leaders and teams with a high degree of confidence that the actions they take will lead to improved team performance. We have heard so many stories of awful ‘team building’ experiences that end up sending teams backwards. We are tired of the ‘zombie’ ideas of team performance that refuse to die, and all the ‘secrets’ to great teams that don’t have any data or evidence and, frankly, are wrong! When we started looking for answers we couldn’t find anything we were confident with, so we decided to do the work needed.
Teams are complex. There are 5 dimensions, 18 factors, and 32 sub-factors at play. Our one-of-a-kind causal, statistically validated regression model means we know what drives real outcomes. Causation means confidence that interventions work.
